Job Summary
Full-Time CAD/BIM Technician Level III position requiring a two-year technical drafting degree and four years of experience in BIM or AutoCAD. Responsibilities include building structural models, preparing plans, coordinating with architectural teams, and dimensions control. Mentoring experience necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year technical drafting degree
- Four plus years as a Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician and/or AutoCAD in a professional setting
- Valid State Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Moderate/Practical knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts of geometry, trigonometry, probability, and statistical analysis
- Respectable written and verbal communication skills
- Moderate/Practical in preparing various drawings, including construction projects or parts and assemblies
Additional Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required
- Acceptable driving record is required
