Job Summary
Sexual Health Coordinator responsible for implementing sexual health services including HIV/STI/HCV testing, PrEP navigation, and linkage to care; engages patients through outreach, documentation, and program support; maintains HIPAA-compliant records, supports clinic flow, and coordinates workshops and group interventions; requires strong organization, ability to work independently, and excellent communication, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred; grant-funded position based in Brooklyn, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior harm reduction, case management, and/or patient navigation experience
- Database management experience
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bilingual English Spanish preferred
- Experience with people living with HIV/AIDS, LGBTQ community, and communities of color
