Alterations Manager leading all alterations-room activities at David’s Bridal: oversee sewing/alterations staff, coach and train Alterations Specialists and CSRs, assist in recruiting and interviewing staff, manage shifts and performance, drive customer loyalty and appointments, ensure garment fit and meet five-star service standards, oversee training programs, inventory, and quality of alterations, and support store leadership in achieving sales and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- One-year prior management experience
- Prior sewing experience required, preferably in a bridal and/or special occasion production environment
- Prior experience with computerized POS system and ability to use one
