SEWING MANAGER

Job Summary
Oversee sewing department at the Las Vegas facility, manage a large sewing staff, and ensure high-quality textile finishing while meeting tight deadlines. Lead production workflows in a fast-paced environment, train and onboard new employees, conduct interviews and performance reviews, collaborate with management on pay structures, and drive continuous improvement in sewing processes. Maintain sewing equipment and oversee department cleanliness, while coordinating with Graphics Management on process improvements and quality standards. Knowledge of sewing equipment (single/double needle, serge, overlock, walking foot, Cronos machinery) and experience in large-format/digital graphics environments are highly valued.

- researching new cutting-edge sewing equipment
- training all new employees on products, sewing techniques and procedures
- creating efficiencies and production workflows for fast-paced growth
- experience in large-format printing or digital graphics is a plus
- experience with knit fabrics is a plus
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- detail oriented and highly organized
- ability to interview prospective candidates and assimilate new hires into the sewing department
- performance reviews and development of employees, with input on pay raises/bonuses

- ability to work extra hours and weekends as needed
