Job Summary
Operate sewing machines to assemble beds and covers while following patterns, measurements, and work instructions accurately. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards and maintain a clean, organized work area. Meet daily production goals and work collaboratively with team members to support production needs. Training is provided with no prior sewing experience required, though previous experience is preferred. This role offers an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM schedule on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, transitioning to a full five-day week as staffing expands. Pay is $15/hour, rising to $17/hour after hire, with benefits including eight paid holidays, end-of-year bonus, and PTO.
