Job Summary
Sewer & Drain Cleaning Technician role performing diagnosis, cleaning, and maintenance of residential and commercial sewer and drain systems using hydro-jetting, cable drain cleaning, CCTV inspections, and related equipment. Includes responding to scheduled service calls and emergencies, locating and documenting issues, upsell opportunities, OSHA safety compliance, and customer-facing communication in various facilities. Must operate service vehicles and equipment safely, document findings, and maintain job-site conditions; physical, outdoor, and after-hours work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or a related trade (will consider motivated entry-level candidates)
- Ability to operate hydro-jetting equipment
- Ability to operate cable drain cleaning equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Professional appearance and customer-facing communication skills
