Job Summary
Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish products according to specifications. Inspect materials and completed products to ensure quality and accuracy while following patterns, measurements, and work instructions. Perform routine machine threading, cleaning, and minor adjustments. Maintain production records and communicate any quality or production concerns. Support a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. This role is available for 1st shift at one of HSM's 25 U.S. locations, offering affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and 104 hours of paid vacation.
