Job Summary
Install and perform diagnostic troubleshooting on Videojet labeling systems integrated into customer production environments. Support clients with process optimization and modernization initiatives across diverse industries ranging from food production to automotive manufacturing. Travel daily in a company vehicle to regional production sites for on-site technical assistance. Complete an internal training program covering labeling fundamentals and advanced technologies, with ongoing support from technical experts. Maintain a flexible schedule allowing for evening returns home, requiring a valid driver's license and strong German communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik / Elektrotechnik oder entsprechende praktische Erfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- ein gutes Verständnis der englischen Sprache
- Proaktive und lernbereite Persönlichkeit
- Leidenschaft für die Fehlersuche und die Lösung technischer Herausforderungen beim Kunden
- Gültiger Führerschein
