Job Summary
Load, transport, and deliver copiers and supplies to customer sites while maintaining DOT and OSHA safety guidelines. Unpack, assemble, and configure network settings for hardware, ensuring accurate documentation and quality checks before handoff. Provide end-user orientation, resolve installation issues, and secure customer sign-off. Assist with warehouse processing, inventory management, and vehicle maintenance. Maintain a 95% on-time delivery rate and complete installs within two hours per unit.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 55+ lbs with proper equipment and assistance
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in copier/IT equipment installation or delivery preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic networking knowledge preferred
