Job Summary
Set tables, chairs, linens, and place settings for all event spaces while moving equipment and completing room resets between events. Assist with ceremony spaces, airwall draping, and quick flip room changes, then bag and stickler donut favors. Return setup items to proper storage and communicate damaged, missing, or low inventory to the Setup Team Lead. This part-time, non-exempt hourly role includes flexible schedules with nights and weekends. Forklift certification is required, and experience with event set-up is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have or be willing to obtain a forklift certification
