Job Summary
Remediate client data in Clients and Security Coding systems while performing trend analysis and root cause identification. Implement or suggest solutions based on analysis, then liaise with global internal teams and external clients to ensure data quality. Own ad-hoc projects from inception through completion and provide tangible metrics to management. Work in a fixed APAC shift with occasional EMEA support, conducting User Acceptance Testing and weekend release testing as part of the Manila ASO team. Appropriately assess risk during business decisions and escalate control issues with transparency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of maintaining client static data within a capital markets environment
- Ability to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate
- Appropriate risk assessment when business decisions are made
- Sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices
- Ability to exchange information in a concise and logical way
- Sensitivity to audience diversity
- Fixed APAC shift availability
- Occasional support for EMEA shift availability
