Job Summary
Monitor daily transfers of E-wallet services including top-ups, withdrawals, and DIY FX conversions while ensuring trust account balances remain sufficient for intraday operations. Maintain daily cash book journals for trust and treasury accounts, perform reconciliations between back office systems and bank accounts, and handle enquiries from prepaid card operators and external parties. Manage FX conversion settlements, arrange refunds for third-party payments, and uphold compliance with regulations and internal policies. Support system enhancements and UAT testing. This role supports a leading Asian wealth management fintech platform in Kuala Lumpur.
