Job Summary
Review and clear title, identify underwriting concerns, and prepare the Closing Disclosure when applicable. Order bring downs and tax certifications, obtain conveyancing, and prepare daily deposits. Process incoming and outgoing recordings and letters of indemnity, making appropriate disbursements associated with the settlement and post-closing. Requires a college diploma, 2+ years of title-specific experience, knowledge of title industry software, and a Notary or ability to obtain one within 90 days. Licensed title agent or ability to become licensed within 90 days. Wage: $23.00 - $28.98 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results. Required Qualifications
