Job Summary
Overseas cash equities and F&O settlements as part of the trade support/middle office team. Responsible for processing settlements, daily trade-cycle reconciliation, onboarding Korea clients, and preparing/regulatory reporting to FSS, KRX, KSFC, and BOK. Liaise with overseas operations to match trades, monitor settlement status, and back up operations across cash equities, F&O, and related activities. Requires strong English and Korean communication, cross-border investment knowledge (QFI, Stock Connect, Bond Connect), and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach. Participate in projects and facilitate client inquiries, settlements, and regulatory submissions.
Required Qualifications
- Degree holder
- preferred major in Business, Finance or Accounting related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations/Middle Office within Securities Brokerage Industries
- Familiarity with cross-border investment via QFI, Stock Connect and Bond Connect
- Knowledge of investment products such as equities, fixed income, futures, options, FX and etc.
- Strong sense of accountability and responsibilities for owning issues through to resolution
- Strong Communicator (articulate and literate), highly self-motivated, attentive to details, diligent and a good team player
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Korean
