As a Settlement Closer, you will ensure smooth and accurate closings for clients, including reviewing settlement files, coordinating with lenders, preparing final closing documents, balancing files, conducting closings, and post-closing activities. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional with Pennsylvania Notary Public certification, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Travel to closing locations is mandatory and previous experience in settlement closing or real estate is preferred.
