Set Up Technician1st Shift 6:30am - 3:00pm

Set Up Technician for 1st shift (6:30am–3:00pm) responsible for mold setups and changeovers aligned with the production schedule. Performs prep work for mold changes, conducts preventative maintenance on molds/tools, responds to trouble-shooting calls, and evaluates machinery operation with other personnel. Operates lines as needed and maintains housekeeping in the manufacturing area. Attends trainings to maintain/improve technical knowledge. Must communicate effectively with internal/external customers, follow written instructions, use hand and power tools, wear and use PPE, operate material handling equipment, and maintain a safe work environment. Conducts quality checks on containers, documents problems or adjustments, and follows plant specifications and task lists. Physical duties include sitting, standing, walking, using hands, and climbing as required; work environment is typical of manufacturing. Tools are required to perform all functions.”,
