Job Summary
Set up and tear down jobs, verifying process output before handing off to operators. Collaborate with operators on setups and product evaluation while documenting adjustments to manufacturing processes, including robots, fixtures, and parameters. Perform and document basic machine maintenance tasks, maintain a clean work area, and follow all work instructions. Read and write procedures, apply basic math skills, and demonstrate mechanical abilities. Pass written and road tests for industrial fork trucks, complete lock-out/tag-out training, and maintain steady attendance on the second shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read & write
- Must have basic math skills
- Must have mechanical abilities
- Must be able to pass the written Industrial Fork Truck Driver Test
- Must pass Industrial Fork Truck Driver Road Test
- Must pass Authorized Lock-out / Tag-out Training
- Able to work different hours and shifts as needed
- steady 2nd shift
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of maintenance experience is preferred
- Experience and/or formal training in robotic material handling systems
