Job Summary
Converting Setup Technician – Tier One responsible for keeping converting machines up and running, performing machine startup, basic troubleshooting, quality checks, and collaborating with other setup technicians to minimize downtime and maximize production throughput. Requires LOTO and electric pallet jack certifications, ability to lift 60 lbs, and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule is a 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 10:45pm-7am) in Sussex, WI; prior experience in setup/production and mechanical inclination are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Process control work experience
- Mechanical inclination preferred
- 1+ years of setup technician work experience
- 3+ years of manufacturing work experience
- LOTO certified
- Electric pallet jack certified
- Ability to lift/push/pull 60 lbs
- Overtime availability
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work on foot for extended periods
- Team oriented
