Job Summary
Set Up Technician on 3rd shift (11:00pm–7:00am) responsible for mold setups and changeovers aligned to the production schedule; perform prep work for changeovers, conduct preventative maintenance on molds and production tools, and respond to trouble-shooting and mold performance issues. Communicate operation status to relevant personnel, operate production lines as needed, and maintain clean, safe work areas. Conduct quality checks on containers, document issues or adjustments to machinery, follow plant specifications and task lists, and participate in training to maintain or improve technical performance. Must use hand and power tools, wear PPE, and work with material handling equipment; emphasize food safety, site safety, and proper housekeeping in the manufacturing environment.
