Set Up Technician 2nd Shift 2:45pm - 11:00pm

Set Up Technician, 2nd Shift (Cleveland, OH) responsible for mold setups and changeovers aligned to the production schedule. Perform prep work for mold changeovers and address process-related problems as directed by supervisor. Conduct preventative maintenance on production tools (cleaning, greasing, inspection, lubrication) and assist with repairs as needed. Respond to troubleshooting calls and mold performance issues, evaluating machinery operation with other personnel. Able to watch and operate lines as needed, maintain housekeeping, attend training sessions to improve technical knowledge, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers. Use a variety of hand and power tools, wear and use PPE, operate material handling equipment, and maintain a safe working environment. Perform quality checks on containers to ensure specifications are met and document any problems or adjustments to machinery. Follow plant specifications, job tasks, and safety protocols. Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, using hands, and climbing as part of standard manufacturing work; work environment is typical of manufacturing settings.
