Job Summary
Obtain production orders, verify stock specifications, and perform machine set-up, operation, and cleanup. Complete production reports, submit maintenance requests, and identify equipment issues requiring repair. Support second and third operators with daily production activities while following Health & Safety standards and housekeeping practices. Perform tasks requiring repetitive hand movements, extended standing, and lifting materials up to 35 lbs. Work the Midnight Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) at the Scarborough facility, prioritizing multiple tasks under pressure to maintain productivity and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 35 lbs safely and consistently
- Good understanding of Health & Safety rules and regulations
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining productivity and quality
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 1–2 years of machine operating experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and possess basic computer skills
