Set Up Operator- 1st Shift

Set up, adjust, and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation. Perform machine setups, quality checks, and minor troubleshooting to support continuous production flow. Responsibilities include gathering, bundling, and stacking fiberboard partitions, checking glue, inspecting product quality, handling waste and scrap materials, operating conveyors and hoppers, and ensuring a clean, safe work area. Must be proficient with using a ruler/tape measure and able to work well in a team; safety rules and operating policies must be learned or applied. Excellent attendance and reliability are expected.
