Job Summary
Set up and start converting equipment to support daily production schedules, preparing machines with appropriate film, materials, and components while performing quality checks. Operate production equipment once setup is complete and resolve basic machine issues to minimize downtime by monitoring performance and gas tank levels. Partner with maintenance and supervisors for advanced repairs, safely operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks, and follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout requirements. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring strong mechanical aptitude, with shifts available in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rotations. This hands-on role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy solving problems, supported by an 8-week training program and internal career growth opportunities.

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- 1+ years of setup technician or machine setup experience
- Process control or production equipment experience
- Mechanical, maintenance, or industrial troubleshooting background
