Job Summary
Insure members have a very enjoyable dining experience by providing top-quality service; lead and coordinate Set Up Attendants for all banquet and function events, review shift notes with Set Up Manager, and ensure proper setup of meeting rooms, function spaces, and equipment. Responsible for training and mentoring new and existing staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness, managing normal operations across conferences and catering, tracking duties, and upholding energy conservation guidelines. Requires ability to lift 40 lbs, flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays, and previous experience with luxury resorts, restaurants, and fast-paced environments. The role focuses on supervising banquet/set-up activities, coordinating with the Conference Services Director and Assistant, and ensuring guest satisfaction through proactive service and team leadership.
