Job Summary
Prepare and install assorted materials in production molds prior to concrete pouring; ensure components are correctly placed for pre-pour quality inspection; assist in staging molds and materials to support efficient production flow; verify readiness of forms and embedded items before concrete placement; maintain a clean, organized work area to support safety and production efficiency; demonstrates basic math and measurement skills, reads tape measures, learns to operate overhead gantry crane, and adapts to extended shifts in a physically demanding production environment. Responsibilities emphasize safety, teamwork, and contributing to reliable production workflows.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- basic math skills
- ability to read a tape measure accurately
- read shop tickets and interpret measurements
- willingness to learn to operate an overhead gantry crane
- flexible to work extended shifts (10-13 hours)
- capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
- ability to work in varying environmental conditions
- PPE compliance
- ability to work in a production or field environment with safety hazards
