SET UP LABORER

Prepare and install assorted materials in production molds prior to concrete pouring; verify readiness of forms and embedded items before concrete placement; assist in staging molds and materials to support efficient production flow; maintain a clean, organized work area to support safety and production efficiency; basic math and measurement skills; read a tape measure accurately; willingness to learn to operate an overhead gantry crane; able to work extended shifts (10–13 hours) and across multiple departments; physically capable of standing, lifting, bending, and working in a production environment with safety precautions in place; demonstrates safety-focused, dependable, and team-oriented work habits.
