Job Summary
Set-Up Laborer responsible for preparing and installing materials into production molds prior to concrete pouring, ensuring components are correctly placed for pre-pour quality inspection, assisting in staging molds to support efficient production flow, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Requires basic math and tape-measure reading, willingness to learn new equipment (including an overhead gantry crane), ability to work extended shifts in a physically demanding production environment, and collaboration across departments to support safety and production efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required

- ability to read a tape measure accurately
- willingness to learn to operate equipment (including overhead gantry crane)
- flexible to work extended shifts (10–13 hours) and across multiple departments
- ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 75 lbs
