• •Must be able to run parts to spec on a daily basis on multiple machines
• •Must be able to read simple part drawings
• •Must be able to use and read micrometers and dial calipers accurately
• •Must be able to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics
• •Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• •Must be able to communicate information clearly verbally and in writing in English
• •Must be able to lift/or move up to 40 pounds
• •Must be able to use required Personal Protective Equipment
• •Must be able to work in a supportive team environment that is fast paced with a strong commitment to accountability
• •Must maintain an excellent attendance record
• •Must verify all parts are conforming before signing off on traveler

• •Must be able to operate grinders, micrometers, gauges, various power tools, computer, etc.
• •Must be able to access and load programs into machines
• •Must be able to set up Grinder machines
• •Must be able to set up, tram, and make adjustments needed to prove out first part of production
• •Must be able to perform required operations on Grinder machines, including loading and unloading of parts, part inspection, wheel preparation and changing
• •Must be able to clean and perform preventive maintenance and minor adjustments of assigned equipment
• •Must be able to prepare labor sheets and non-conformance forms
• •Must be able to interact and communicate with various groups and individuals including the immediate supervisor, co-workers, and other shop personnel
• •Must be able to operate grinders, micrometers, gauges, various power tools, computer, etc.
