Job Summary
Operate bag making machines in a clean-room environment to produce flat bags and pouches per work orders; set up machines according to customer specifications and special instructions; monitor seal integrity and bag quality (dimensions and print quality); use RF scanner for material tracking; perform packaging/labeling, change master rolls as needed, and troubleshoot issues (tape collaring, wrinkles, tension) while maintaining cleanliness and ISO gowning standards; operate touch screen systems to manage orders, print labels, and track job time; cross-train on all flat bag machines; follow all duties assigned by supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating bag making machines
- Ability to follow detailed work orders and specifications
- Ability to perform quality checks (seal integrity, dimensions, tear notch, print quality)
- Ability to use RF scanner and touch screen systems
- Ability to work in ISO cleanroom environments
- Willingness to be cross-trained on all flat bag machines
