Job Summary
QC, PDI and test ride powersports vehicles, proactively build units for the sales floor to replace sold items, maintain a clean, efficient and safe workspace, and seek ways to improve performance. Must enjoy hands-on, fast-paced work, be safety-minded with mechanical aptitude, be able to ride/drive powersports, communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to store hours including weekends and long shifts. Requires motorcycle endorsement within 90 days of employment and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push 100+ lbs; physical and mental demands include frequent standing, walking, sitting, and working around mechanical parts with exposure to chemicals and noise. Required Qualifications
- Regular Scheduled Attendance is required during store hours to meet the needs of the customers and the company
- Clear MVR allowing our insurance to cover you
- Education Requirements 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training
- Motorcycle endorsement within 90 days of employment
- Language Skills to include the ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents including but not limited to assembly manuals
- Reasoning Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Written Communication to include basic computer knowledge i.e. typing and the use of scheduling systems
