Job Summary
Safely operate manufacturing equipment while following ISO procedures and troubleshooting production tooling. Perform tool installation, verification, adjustments, and removal, and interpret blueprints and work instructions. Assist in training new associates and maintain a clean production area. Work without direct supervision, interpreting blueprints, manuals, and other work instructions. This role supports all phases of EHOB production. Candidates must possess basic math skills, ability to use American weight and volume measurements, and strong communication skills to work within a group.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American weight measurement, volume, and distance
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to think through complex situations to troubleshoot equipment and tooling
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with standardized situations with complex variables
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and work order systems
- Able to lift heavy objects using hoists, hand trucks conveyors and/or lifting equipment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a group or individual setting
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions well
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays on demand
- Ability to interpret blueprints, manuals and other work instructions
- Able to effectively use tools and measuring equipment
- Able to work without direct supervision
