Set-Up Arrangement Staff - 3rd Shift

Set-Up Arrangement Staff on the 3rd shift at Hershey Lodge: position involves reading Banquet Event Orders and setting meeting and banquet rooms to specifications, setting up and breaking down department functions (breakfast, lunches, dinners, meetings, banquets, dances, exhibits), safe handling of equipment, maintaining clean and organized function spaces, periodic deep cleaning, ensuring equipment is in working order, reporting damaged items, refreshing/servicing rooms during function breaks, assisting guests and coordinating with other departments, following Head Houseperson guidance for setup, assisting with general housekeeping, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires reading comprehension, English proficiency, and availability for evenings and weekends within a unionized environment; physical demands include lifting and standing, with footwear provided.
