Job Summary
Manage shelf set projects by monitoring progress, resolving problems, and coordinating all aspects to meet deadlines. Analyze syndicated data and build shelf schematics that align with internal and external customer objectives. Communicate opportunities and recommend fact-based action plans while organizing information from multiple data sources. Determine business opportunities and key drivers for product placement, prioritizing optimal assortment and placement to support supplier, customer, and company goals. Provide shelf set information to suppliers and managers using syndicated or customer-specific data sources. Serve as a subject matter expert for key accounts and maintain strong relationships with data suppliers and internal teams. This role supports Heidelberg Distributing Company's mission to distribute premium wine, beer, and spirits to over 26,000 retail establishments across Ohio and Kentucky.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Required to drive to multiple locations
- Must abide by all traffic and motor vehicle laws and regulations
- Must have sufficient insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Business degree
- Experience using planogram software (JDA Space Planning, Apollo, Spaceman, etc.)
- Previous sales data analysis experience
- Working knowledge of syndicated/POS data sources
- Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
