Job Summary
Formulating successful marketing strategies requires an understanding of consumer behavior. Teach LEC0101: Formulating successful marketing strategies by delivering lectures and/or seminars, creating courseware, and developing assignments, tests and examinations. Duties include grading and submitting grades, maintaining reasonable hours of student contact outside scheduled hours, and supervising instructional assistants or teaching assistants. Appointment for Fall 2026 (Sept 1 to Dec 31, 2026) with stipend/minimum rate per CUPE 3902 Unit 3 terms; expected teaching excellence and applicant selection guided by CUPE collective agreement. Preference for applicants advanced to Sessional Lecturer II/III per the collective agreement. Applicants should have superior teaching ability, relevant subject-matter mastery, and prior teaching experience in the course or similar courses; the University emphasizes diversity and accommodation where needed.
