Sessional Lecturer - APS470H1F - Public Health and Engineering

Job Summary
Lecture duties include preparing for and delivering 12 weeks of lectures and tutorials; setting assignments and term work assessments and final assessment as appropriate; collating and submitting marks; handling petitions after final marks; communicating with students inside and outside class times. Familiarity with engineering concepts is an asset. Expertise in exposure assessment, workplace and environmental hazards, public/occupational/environmental health regulations, epidemiologic study designs, social determinants of health, public health toxicology and their applications within engineering are highly preferred. This sessional appointment runs September 1 – December 30, 2026 at the University of Toronto, St. George campus; 12 weeks of teaching duties; stipend $12,000 inclusive of vacation pay.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. or equivalent professional experience in the area of Occupational and Environmental Health or Occupational Hygiene
