Servpro of Victoria Restoration Technician

In this role you will restore properties after water and fire damage, performing tasks such as water extraction, drying, removal/demolition, set-up of specialty equipment, and site cleanup. You will load and inventory vehicles with tools and supplies, maintain clear communication with supervisors and clients about safety hazards, findings, and the restoration process, and work to deliver quality results. The position requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to work occasional on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays). Preferred but not required: prior restoration/construction experience and IICRC certification. The job involves outdoor work, hands-on tasks, teamwork, and opportunities for training and career progression.
