Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience; complete truck unloading and merchandise duties; maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises. Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production; support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS); engage customers on rewards and credit card enrollments; participate in VOC surveys; follow SOPs and company policies; interact with others in a positive, respectful manner; promote company values. Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas; night/weekend/early morning hours may apply; minimum age requirement of 16+ for eligibility; benefits available for full-time and part-time team members.
