Job Summary
Serving Assistant/Busser at TPC Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Set tables with appropriate place settings and in accordance with meal periods; remove dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware; refresh tables; assist Bartenders with ice stations; clean floors; serve and refill water and beverages; assist with set-up/break-down of buffets, banquet tables, chairs, and decorations; adhere to PGA TOUR Brand Standards and coordinate with servers for table maintenance; support guest experience through attentive, courteous service and follow safety and health guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least ~2 months of prior food and beverage service experience; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service operational procedures as would normally be acquired through at least 2 months previous similar experience
