Job Summary
Coordinate import and export operations across air, maritime, and land transport modes while managing shipment instructions and associated documentation. Maintain proactive communication with international clients and local suppliers to update them on operational status and resolve logistical challenges. Build and sustain effective relationships with the network of international agents and local providers. Requires a degree in international trade or logistics, advanced Excel skills, and basic-to-intermediate English proficiency. Required Qualifications
- Título en Comercio Exterior, Comercio Internacional, Logística o campo relacionado
- Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel
- Conocimiento de inglés a nivel básico-intermedio
- Experiencia previa en el manejo de operaciones de importación y exportación
- Familiaridad con diferentes modalidades de transporte como FCL, LCL, Carga de Proyecto y OTM
- Conocimiento de operaciones aéreas, marítimas y terrestres
- Experiencia en trato con proveedores locales y red de agentes
- Capacidad para generar y gestionar instrucciones de embarque
