Job Summary
Travel Advisor III at Chase Travel providing travel reservations support, negotiating with vendors to resolve issues, and delivering service excellence. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and deliver timely resolutions, maintaining knowledge of client programs and booking tools, managing loyalty points and program exceptions, ensuring high call quality and confidentiality, coaching fellow Travel Advisors, and supporting a professional, energetic service culture. Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in travel with GDS/tools proficiency, strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, multitasking across multiple screens, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team with a 1-hour commute to Atlanta and willingness to work evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in the travel industry to include intermediate to advanced knowledge/proficiency of the Global Distribution System (GDS) and/or other technology platforms including self-booking tools
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Residence within a 1-hour commute of Atlanta, GA and willingness to work varied hours including nights and weekends
