Job Summary
Answer calls and assist branch employees in resolving issues with lending and collections activities, including system access, error resolution, and account adjustments. Support all users on origination and servicing systems by ensuring compliance with company policy and governing laws. Become familiar with reports and new code releases, then test new code before it goes live. Provide project support and management for various systems and data projects, while managing reports and training senior management on the servicing system. Assist with ad hoc projects as needed and ensure the company utilizes all system benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills to include prioritizing and attention to detail.
- Demonstration of exceptional interpersonal/customer service skills.
- Strong computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under conditions of heavy business volume and frequent distractions.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in consumer finance or related field.
- College degree or completion of college course work.
