Job Summary
Generate servicing transfer letters, email them to borrowers, and notify each borrower of the servicing transfer by phone or text using the Slybroadcast system. Process insurance correspondence and coordinate mortgagee clause updates with insurance companies. Answer incoming borrower calls, promptly return voicemail messages, and resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently. Assist with the annual preparation and distribution of IRS Form 1098 statements and respond to borrower questions. Ensure compliance with all applicable investor, agency, regulatory, and company servicing requirements. This role involves performing interim mortgage servicing functions while maintaining strict adherence to investor, agency, and company guidelines.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in mortgage loan servicing or related field preferred
