Job Summary
Move inventory and production supplies safely from warehouse to cutting areas and assembly floors. Ensure timely material delivery while performing quality inspections to verify orders meet company and industry standards. Execute automatic or manual bundling of soft body armor packages, inspect and count layers, and assemble components or full vests. Pack finish goods into boxes following specific instructions and consistently follow department procedures and work instructions. Adhere to all safety policies and regulations while maintaining acceptable performance levels. This entry-level role requires high school diploma, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and availability for overtime including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and procedures
- Availability to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent physical fitness with the ability to lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds
- Good manual dexterity to meet job responsibilities
- Good visualization – ability to see details at close range
- Hearing and vision within normal ranges
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
