Servicing Operations Support Analyst

Servicing Operations Support Analyst responsible for providing operational systems support for Shaw/Defi Servicing platforms, gathering business requirements, managing defects and backlog, and implementing process improvements. Key duties include collaborating with staff to analyze business needs, driving automation and reporting enhancements, conducting system testing, designing training materials for new servicing platforms, supporting Shaw Retail/GUI, Loan Manager, and Defi Servicing systems, configuring user access and alerts, maintaining account lifecycle parameters, performing system audits, and ensuring data privacy and vendor coordination. Requires 2+ years in loan servicing or financial services, a Bachelor’s degree in business/Accounting or Finance, strong analytical and communication skills, willingness to travel up to 10%, and ability to work across multiple teams and vendors.
