Servicing Operations Support Analyst

Job Summary
Provide operational systems support for all teams using Shaw or Defi Servicing by engaging the business to gather requirements and making changes to Shaw, Loan Manager, and Defi Servicing. Manage defect intake, identify root causes, and resolve backlog items while collaborating with Conduent and other vendors. Conduct testing for system upgrades, build rule logic for automated alerts, and customize user screens to align with departmental needs. Design training materials, perform system audits, and maintain account list parameters to support proper lifecycle management. Work various shifts between 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday, with on-call rotation and weekend availability as needed. Requires on-site presence in Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, or Phoenix.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loan servicing, operations support, or financial services administration
- Bachelor's degree in business in Accounting or Finance or related business administration field
- Must have reliable transportation
- Live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Overtime required
- Travel 10% of the time
- Ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs
- Typically, between the hours of 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed
