Servicing Operations Support Analyst

Job Summary
Provide operational systems support for Shaw/Defi Servicing platforms, gather and maintain detailed business requirements, manage the intake of defects and backlog, conduct testing for upgrades and fixes, design and deliver training materials for servicing platforms, support interfaces to Shaw Retail, Shaw GUI Collections, Loan Manager, and Defi Servicing, customize user screens/roles, build rule logic for automated alerts and account communications, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business in Accounting or Finance or related business administration field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in loan servicing, operations support, or financial services administration
