Design, develop, and maintain training materials for auto finance operations; serve as SME and co-facilitator for onboarding and continuing education; assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies; create engaging visual content and manage multiple instructional design projects in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years+ experience in training and development/instructional design
- prefer auto finance or financial services
- familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance (preferred)
- excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and project management abilities
