Job Summary
Servicing Analyst to support loan servicing for syndicated corporate loans across BMO UK/Europe and Canada; provides loan servicing and monitoring, processes transactions including loan advances/payments, wire transfers, and billing; acts as a subject matter expert and first contact for escalation; assists in processing complex transactions and customer requests; supports change management and delivery of training; analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations; collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives; plans and executes routine service tasks within SLAs and maintains documentation and records; hours are 6:30 am to 3:00 pm EST and the role involves interaction with multiple international stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
- post-secondary degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and understanding of business unit’s products and services
- Knowledge of standard desktop applications and department systems and applications
- Understanding of business unit’s risk and regulatory requirements
- Verbal & written communication skills
