Job Summary
Conduct service calls for alarm systems, video surveillance, and access control, performing installations, commissioning, function tests, and fault analysis. Execute regular maintenance and inspections of existing installations, replacing wear parts, batteries, and components. Coordinate with customers, the control center, and dispatch planning while maintaining technical documentation and service reports. Operate in Berlin as an on-site technician with a Class B driver's license, working in the technical field service.
