Job Summary
Conduct maintenance, inspection, and testing of technical systems including fire suppression, water treatment, lift, and drinking water systems. Perform systematic fault analysis, damage localization, and repairs while executing sanitary installation work across the property. Optimize components to ensure efficient, disturbance-free operation and serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and service providers. Participate in organized call rotation. Full-time or part-time schedule with fixed hours from 06:45 to 15:15 Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
